Big Fan Of The Bison is an indie band out of Denton, TX. Toeing the lines between Acoustic Folk, Progressive Bluegrass and Americana, Big Fan Of The Bison began as a passion project among close friends. Members all met through school or other musical engagements, finding common ground in their love of acoustic music and song writing.
Drawing from diverse musical backgrounds, Big Fan Of The Bison has created a sound all their own -- combining their deep love of folk music with classical, jazz, pop, rock and everything in between. Their individual strengths as instrumentalists, arrangers, composers and songwriters has given to a unique voice that is truly greater than the sum of its parts, garnering much anticipation for their Debut Album, Songs From The Frontier.
